When you've realized that you've started something that you have no ability to stop, the horror starts to set in. I worked to give Ananiel this feeling. As I'm getting closer to the end of the Watchers series, I've mined my own experiences deeper and deeper rather than simply attempting to represent what each of the Angels represents on their surface.
As per usual, there will only be 25 copies of the LE prints made for this piece.
Intermixed with the work on this piece, I've also been pushing forwards on developing new playmats for the store. The remaining stock from the existing designs are being sold off over at my personal website www.vandalhigh.com. The new designs will be appearing at the end of the month along with something new.
